Are you eating meals ? with your partner or family ?❤️?? this week? Do you stress out that your plate must have less food than others?⠀

As I sat down to a pancake breakfast on Sunday ??, I realized I was eating the same serving Zack had. I could have stressed over what I needed, comparing and judging myself, but instead I tapped into the wisdom I’ve gained on my food freedom journey. I remembered I love pancakes, I wanted to be satisfied instead of hungry, and we all have different needs at different times ‼️ Zack’s a snacker and I prefer several large meals.⠀

So this is a reminder that #dietculture makes it seem like we, as women ??♀️, need to eat less just because we are female. That we should eat less than our partners because that’s appropriate at all meals and lady like.⠀

But it’s not. And you can eat exactly what your partner is eating (or even more ??♀️) to satisfy you ?⠀
