?Homemade spice rubbed cauliflower and chickpeas? This spice paste was so flavorful and easy to make. Just rub some on your veggies and beans and roast. ?
?This weekend my youngest performed in her school play…short stories by Oscar Wilde. It was an incredible show but very emotional. (I’m not too good at holding back tears?!) ?Have a beautiful Monday friends. ?Recipe roasted spiced chickpeas and cauliflower: Mix together 1 cup tahini, 2 tsp turmeric, 4 tsp sweet paprika, 2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp chili powder, 6 tbsp water (or 1/4 cup olive oil), fresh lime juice and salt to taste. Remove stem and cut 1 head cauliflower into large florets. Use hands to smear spice paste to cover florets. Use remaining paste to coat about 3 cups (or 2–15oz cans) cooked garbanzos. Roast at 400F. Remove chickpeas after about 15-20 minutes. Remove cauliflower at the same time and cover with a foil tent. Continue to roast (steam) covered cauliflower until fork tender.
