How eggcellent is my tofu scramble? Hehe, I saw the opportunity, I just had to take it 🤣🙈

Once again, childhood inspired this meal. Egg sauce was a family favourite. We always had it either with fried plantain, fried sweet potatoes, fried yam or on toast.
