This 3 ingredient Strawberry Sorbet is what #cleaneating, low-carb, and #dairyfree dreams are made of and is it is absolutely delicious, my friends! ⠀If you have a pulse ?, you probably crave a frozen sweet treat every now and again — whether it’s #icecream, froyo, or sorbet. ? As adults, we know how high these #desserts can be in empty carbs, calories, and fat ?— yet, the craving can still hit hard, especially when the temp ? starts to heat up.⠀⠀

Enter this sorbet, my ice-cream-loving-friends. It is so dang yummy and only requires 3 ingredients: frozen strawberries, raw honey (or pure maple syrup, if #vegan), and a wee bit of water. For realz. And you really only need a little bit of honey if the strawberries aren’t quite up to sweetness level — which isn’t really an issue RN during #strawberry season!⠀

So…if you’ve got a blender and some frozen strawberries, GET AT IT and make this for yo’self RN!⠀

Here’s ???how to make it…⠀⠀
⠀⠀
3 Ingredient Strawberry Sorbet⠀

? 16 oz (approx. 3 cups) fresh or frozen strawberries (if fresh, just freeze until solid)⠀
? 2 tbsp raw honey, as needed for sweetness⠀
? 1/4 cup warm water, as needed to loosen⠀

If you’re using fresh strawberries, freeze them until completely solid, which should 2-3 hours, but I usually just leave them in the freezer overnight. Place the frozen strawberries into the bowl of a food processor or heavy duty blender. Blend until smooth. ⠀

You may need to add warm water and press with a spatula to help along.Taste when smooth and add raw honey, as needed. Eat immediately for a softer texture, or transfer into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 3-4 hours or until firm. ⠀
