Hump Day FALAFEL PIZZA BEET-ZA! Happy Wednesday loves! I guess you can say I’m on a beet kick this week ?‍♀️ Remember the beet falafels I posted…well I had a bunch of mix left that I froze so I made a VEGAN/GRAIN FREE PIZZA CRUST out of it… only THREE ingredients. Topped with homemade sun dried tomato basil hummus, avocado, sugar snap peas, hemp seeds, pine nuts, @brightfreshmicrogreens and tahini. Recipe for the crust below and the hummus will be on the blog later today.



Crust: 1 Cup beet hummus (I have a recipe on the blog), 1 Cup @ottos_cassava_flour , 1/4 Cup olive oil. (I added one tablespoon of oil at a time until good consistency. Preheat oven to 400, form a crust with the dough…bake for about 15-20 mins until cooked through. •
