HUMP DAY PASTA: CREAMY “cheesy” LEMON PAPRIKA PASTA and SMOKED SALMON AND DILL! Made this yesterday for lunch and it was so bomb ? This sauce is super easy and just requires one bowl! Can be made with regular Greek yogurt or dairy free Greek yogurt! I used my vegan Parmesan recipe (posting below), but you could use regular Parmesan too. How’s everyone’s week going?! I’m trying to get a bunch of stuff done this week for work because I’m headed out to Cali next week (can’t wait!) But until then…werk werk werk! •


Deets: Wild smoked salmon, avocado. Pasta: One box of @eatbanza pasta, warm spinach and this sauce. Sauce: 1/2 cup Greek style yogurt, 1 clove garlic, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, zest from one small lemon, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon @bragglivefoodproducts coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon paprika, 2 tablespoons vegan Parmesan (or sub regular parm). Blend until smooth! Parmesan: 1/4 cup cashews, pinch of salt, pinch of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (blended until a powder). •
