I call this one vegfest ? This bowl was ridiculously good! I tried roasted cauliflower for the first time today, I’m not completely sold, but I will try it again ? Roasted ? are a winner to me, you should try them if you haven’t. The rest of the bowl, is broccoli, red bell peppers, red cabbage ? and mountains of spinach underneath aka a Super nourish bowl ?
