😒 I hate when people call themselves fat. We all have fat. We all have eyelashes too, but we don’t call each other eyelashes! 🤔 FAT has always been the dietary bad guy yet we all need some fat from food. Fat is a source of energy, is needed to build and repair cells, and is necessary for muscle health and to avoid inflammation.
But some fats are better than others 🐟 🌰. Most of the time, unless I’m having a cheat meal, I try to incorporate healthier fats into my day. I’ve been getting a lot of messages asking WTF (where’s the fat) and how to incorporate more fat into our diet. These are some of my favorite fats to include in my #mealprep!
