I may be biased, but this for me, is the perfect way to start the week – with lots of veggies 😜
Apparently, less than 30% of us in the UK eat the recommended daily portion of fruits and veggies. In the US it is 10% and in Nigeria, it varies from state to state but 29% is the highest 😩 I don’t think I need to go on about how important fruits and veggies are to our wellbeing, so I’ll just say this, do your best to eat more of them.
I love to add them into curries and stews but there are so many other ways you incorporate them into your meals and snacks throughout the day.
