I PERSIMONally consider meatballs the ROOTabaga of a hAPPLy ever after ending to my day. For realz though…this bowl was AWESOME! Been craving some meatballs sooooo made these quick 4 ingredient turkey mushroom meatballs (on the blog). Filled my bowl with arugula, red cabbage, persimmons, apple, avo, onions, herb roasted rutabaga fries, and turkey, dill and mushroom paleo meatballs.
