I typically share ‘hearty’ food, but sometimes I eat ‘lighter’ meals like this. I can’t speak for anyone else, but over time I’ve learned that it is important to vary the amount of fibre I’m eating on a daily basis or else my digestive system gets very overwhelmed. I don’t exactly count fibre to do this, I just reduce the portion of vegetables (especially cruciferous) I eat or choose white rice instead of brown rice and eat half the portion of legumes I’d normally eat. Do you have to watch your fibre intake or is your digestive system super efficient? ?

On my plate is a green salad (giant cous cous, ?, ?, ?, kale, edamame and pumpkin seeds in a mint dressing) and a store-bought vegan fish-less cake (review coming soon) with a vegan tartare dressing ?
