I was working on some new cool things for 2018 and totally lost track of time so today’s photo is slightly later than usual. My lunch today was this bowl of cauliflower rice, butter bean curry, Pak Choi and peas. –
If you follow my fitness page, you already know that I started a new fitness programme yesterday. It includes timed nutrition (you eat certain foods at certain times of the day). It’s something I’ve never done before and it’s cool to try something different. It’s been a breeze so far! I don’t think I will eat this way forever, but I’m cool with doing it for the duration of the programme.
