I wasn’t exactly going for a #rainbowbowl this afternoon, this sort of just happened 😊
Yes, this is very carb heavy because I needed ALL the energy. I did a very heavy weightlifting workout this morning and then proceeded to power walk for over an hour. I was crazy to do the walk, but afterwards, I needed all the food. So I pretty much ate everything, but I haven’t been able to eat anything else since 😂 I will be making a bowl of oats shortly though 😊
I’ve written this so many times but I want to say again that portion sizes are very personal! I know some of you will think this is far too much for one person. Maybe on a regular day I won’t be able eat all of this, but even if I did, it still won’t be too much food because my body will let me know I’ve had enough for the day or if I need to eat some more later. If you eat intuitively, like really genuinely eating according to hunger signals and not according to whether you just feel like eating something because it’s right there and it looks good, you won’t overeat. Under-eating is a little trickier. But, if you find you’re losing weight, just eat more. Simple right?
