I went for something simple for dinner tonight – pesto Chickpea pasta with butter beans, rocket and ?

I experimented with a different pesto recipe today. I used:
1 fat garlic clove
20g basil
10g rocket (arugula)
10g kale
15g sunflower seeds
4 tbsp nutritional yeast
5 tbsp water (you can use oil too)
Pinch of salt to taste

I quite liked it, and I’ll definitely make it again. If you try this recipe, let me know what you make of it ?
