I went to pick up a few bits at my local Waitrose the other day and came across these @itsuofficial frozen vegan gyozas. The shop assistant standing next to me told me to grab a few bags because they’re so delicious and they run out of them really quickly. He was NOT wrong! They’re absolutely stunning. They’re so easy to cook too, you can either steam, gently simmer or fry them from frozen. I ‘fried’ mine in a non-stick fry pan and Served them with stir-fried whole wheat noodles, red cabbage, courgettes and my current obsession, black kale ?
