If despite eating a seemingly healthy vegan diet you find that you’re pallor, you keep getting infections like cold, your hair is not growing properly or you have skin issues like acne or eczema, your may not be getting enough……………. in your diet. The answer is on my blog ?. But, if you know the answer tell me. Should be a fun game.

A lot of people are deficient in this nutrient without realising it. If you’re eating a diet that is not rich in whole foods you’re even more likely to be deficient in it because processing strips off as much as 80% of it from foods. Unfortunately, foods are not usually fortified with it so it is crucial that your diet is optimised to allow you get enough of it.

This bowl is rich in the nutrient I’m referring to. In my most recent blog post, I’ve included 6 other foods that provide decent amounts of it ?

In my bowl: brown rice and mixed beans with mushroom stew, courgettes and ?. A very earthy-looking bowl ?
