I’ll say it a little louder for those in the back…there’s no such thing as good and bad food.
Yes, some food is more nutrient dense (i.e. has more nutrients) but that doesn’t make the food “good”. If it did, that would mean you’re “bad” if you have something that isn’t a nutrition powerhouse, and that’s just silly #dietculture garbage tbh.
So this is your Thursday reminder: you have about 2000 meal choices a year, choosing some fun food from time to time has little if any impact on your health.
Let’s all stop stressing about food and fill our lives with more meaningful thoughts. I promise you’ll come away happier from it!
