I’m a snacker… I need snacks 🥜 🍇to hold me over from meal to meal, so that I don’t over eat come meal times (or at least try my best not to) I often find that when I have a snack that is a carb on its own -just a fruit 🍌 or just popcorn 🍿 without a healthy fat paired with it, I’m hungry soon thereafter. Sunday Tip📝 combine complex carb with healthy fat/ protein to keep satiated for longer 👌🏼
