I’m a snacker… I need snacks ? ?to hold me over from meal to meal, so that I don’t over eat come meal times (or at least try my best not to) I often find that when I have a snack that is a carb on its own -just a fruit ? or just popcorn ? without a healthy fat paired with it, I’m hungry soon thereafter. Sunday Tip? combine complex carb with healthy fat/ protein to keep satiated for longer ??
