I’m dreaming of dancing in the streets today with these MEXICAN STREET FRIES, and this cool vegan TAHINI “RANCH” dip… perfect for football this weekend 🙃 Happy FRYday! Its been a busy week to say the least! FRIES: red bliss and Yukon gold…seasoned with chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin and a little dust of coconut sugar…check blog post for instructions.

DIP: 1/4 Cup tahini, 1/2 Cup coconut milk yogurt (I used @sodelicious unsweetened plain), 1 tbls mustard, 1 tbls lime juice, 1 tbls coconut aminos, 1.5 tsp dill seed, 2 tbls chopped fresh parsley, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder. •
