I’m FIGGIN TOASTING two ways today with some PALEO bread made from @simplemills pizza mix! Might be the tastiest bread I’ve ever had 🙃 Details below. I was inspired by my babe @clemfoodie with this fig combo…definitely going to be on repeat. Also, I am not the best egg poacher but this TURMERIC poached egg came out pretty good if I do say so! Happy Tuesday loves!



Deets: 1️⃣ avocado, roasted tomatoes, my chili breaded chickpeas (see a few posts back for recipe, turmeric poached @vitalfarms egg (add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon turmeric to water. 2️⃣ @lifewaykefir Farmers cheese, arugula, figs, toasted pine nuts, thyme, @seedsofcollaboration tahini and @beekeepers_naturals Honey. BREAD RECIPE: one box of @simplemills pizza mix…follow instructions but add one tablespoon water, add 1 teaspoon baking soda and 3 eggs. Bake on 350 for 50 mins in a loaf pan. •
