I’m getting my new year wellness goals off to a good start by incorporating more nourishing foods into my diet starting with #ad @pureleaf_uk MATCHA ?

You may already know that #Matcha is packed with cancer-fighting antioxidants, but do you know that it is a good source of ✨selenium✨chromium✨zinc✨magnesium? It also boosts your metabolism, enhances your mood and it regulates cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Now you have more than one good reason to incorporate matcha into your diet ?
~
You can use matcha in several ways, make tea, include it in your smoothies or bake with it. I’ve used it to a make a matcha chia seed pudding. The recipe is super simple all you need is: ?60g chia seeds
?300ml coconut milk (not canned)
?2 sachets pure leaf matcha
?2 teaspoons maple syrup or any sweetener ?½ teaspoon vanilla extract

In a medium bowl, combine the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract and matcha powder. Stir thoroughly and then place in a fridge overnight or for 3 hours. Top with fruits, seeds, nuts or whatever you wish. I’ve used raspberries, blackberries, desiccated coconut and chopped hazelnuts.

I used the pure matcha flavour for this recipe, but you can also get #PureLeaf matcha in mint and ginger. Tap the link in my bio to learn more about Pure Leaf Matcha or go to https://www.pureleaf.com/uk/
