It’s been almost two weeks since I changed my diet. My digestion has improved a tonne, but it’s still a work in progress. I’m cutting down a little more on the amount of starchy carbs I eat and prioritising non-starchy vegetables to help my digestion. I’ve been doing that for the last few days, and I’ve noticed even more improvement ??

I wanted to hold back from sharing my journey, but I decided it was silly. I started this page based on authenticity, and I will continue that way ?. My job is to promote health, and I can only share what I believe in and what works for me. It may resonate with you, or it may not. Either way, it’s OK. I’ll rather be authentic than fake any day regardless of whether that means I lose my audience.

✨I want an audience that knows they can count on me, to tell the truth, and share information that will benefit them and not info that will boost my bank account, increase my followers and make me appear to be someone I’m not. I’ve doubted myself a lot over the last two week. Enough is enough, I’m done with that mindset. I’ve got my self-confidence and self-belief back, and I’m so ready to be shamelessly me! And anyway, if I can’t be successful authentically, then perhaps success is not for me ?
