I’ve Been Craving Color and Flavorful Foods in the Mornings, and I’m Absolutely Loving It!
I’ve been absolutely craving COLOR and SAVORY flavors in my meals the past couple of mornings, and let me tell you, I am absolutely loving it! With a high of 95 degrees expected today and plenty of time spent outdoors, I need all the fuel I can get to keep me going strong. And of course, snacking along the way is a must.
This morning, I whipped up a LOADED breakfast bowl that was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds. Piled high with organic arugula, roasted mini peppers, earthy mushrooms, fresh sprouts, creamy avocado, and a delicious @bilinskisausage chicken sausage, this bowl was a true masterpiece. I also added in two scrambled @egglandsbest organic eggs cooked in grass-fed beef tallow for an extra boost of protein and flavor. To top it all off, I added a dollop of @pickledplanet beet kraut and a few ripe strawberries to round out the meal. Starting with the fruit first really helps with digestion, so I highly recommend it!
I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I spent yesterday prepping for a couple of upcoming trips, and I have to say, I was incredibly productive and happy with what I accomplished. It’s always a good feeling to check things off the to-do list and feel prepared for what’s ahead. Happy Monday, everyone!
