I’ve had the longest and busiest morning! One of those days where nothing seemed to want to go right…starting with my phone breaking/realizing car registration was expired/locked out of a client house…but such is life! I have pretty much taken care of it all at this point and bit the bullet and upgraded my phone (been putting it off for a while). SO, I came home and literally threw everything I saw at first glance into this Friday frittata and called it lunch! 2 @peteandgerrys eggs, 2 whites, sautéed peppers/zucchini/mushrooms, purple fingerling potato, heirloom tomatoes, @eatbanza pasta and avocado with basil. All in my @lodgecastiron. Pretty freaking good if you ask me! Hope you’re all having a good day!!
