I’ve just been catching up on my comments, but once again (unfortunately) I’ve over done it and can’t continue because Instagram blocked me, but I thought I’d answer a question I got – easy vegan breakfast ideas.
–
1. Leftovers: beans warmed up and wrapped in a tortilla with? salsa or sriracha. Left over brown rice reheated with broccoli and tofu.

2. Leftover whole grains reheated with almond/coconut/oat/cashew milk, and a pinch of cinnamon. Top with chopped nuts, and some dates.

3. Smoothie with ? and ? topped with granola, seeds or nuts.

4. Whole grain bread topped with ? or peanut butter and jam (or jelly if you’re from the US ?)

5. Wholegrain cereal with oat/cashew/almond/coconut milk with fruits and nuts.

6. Porridge made with oats/quinoa/millet and oat/cashew/almond milk, pinch of cinnamon and dates. Top with fruits, nuts or seeds.
