KETO(ish) pumpkin waffles! If you saw my stories I made a bunch of these the other day and froze them! I made them without sweetener but you could add some for sweet waffles. Today, got home from my meeting hungry! My smoothie held me over for a few hours…so this was lunch! saved the raspberry one for a snack later cuz I was pretty full…With the waffles pre made, this took 15 minutes! Deets: 1. Homemade chocolate spread, strawberries. 2. Arugula, kraut, @vitalfarms egg. 3. Arugula, smoked salmon. 4. Almond milk yogurt, raspberries, @julianbakery pegan chocolate bar, @salbachia Chocolate chia seeds and @spreadthelove almond butter. Recipe: 4 tablespoon (30 g) coconut flour, 15 g oat fiber, 1 teaspoon (5 g) psyllium husk, 4 egg whites, 2 tablespoon pumpkin purée, 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Sweetener optional. •
