?KNOW – SKIPPING CARDIO ? – ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Eating fewer calories than you expend each day from good quality whole food sources ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Increasing your NEAT (the energy expended for everything we do that is not sleeping, eating or sports-like exercise) i.e. walking more, cycling to work, cleaning the house, hitting more daily steps than normal etc ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Staying properly hydrated (drinking approx 2 litres+ water a day – however dependant for individual) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Eating adequate protein to support muscle growth and recovery (target 0.8g per pound of bodyweight) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Strength training 3-5x per week supplemented with cardio vascular training ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Doing more fun things in your free time to reduce stress! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ✅ Being patient with the journey and realising that it won’t be perfect every day .
