Late Night Fun in NYC: A Sunday to Remember!

Sunday was a day of reflection for me, as I reminisced about my recent trip to NYC. The memories of catching up with friends, exploring the city, indulging in shopping, taking long walks, staying active, pampering myself, and enjoying delicious food still lingered in my mind. I even brought back some goodies to savor at home. Despite the comfort of my own bed, my heart longed for the hustle and bustle of the city that never sleeps. The idea of living there tickled my fancy.

Waking up on Sunday, I felt the toll of my adventurous endeavors in NYC. My body was sore and fatigued from the workouts, long walks in uncomfortable shoes, and the journey back home. The aches and pains begged for some restorative yoga, and I obliged. With a sense of determination, I made my way to CorePower Yoga for the 8:15 class. The rejuvenating session left me feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day ahead.

After yoga, I headed back home excited to try the Barely Bread bagels that I had discovered at a local health food store in the city. I whipped up a delicious breakfast of turmeric scrambled eggs with zucchini and arugula, paired with a half of a cinnamon raisin bagel topped with Kite Hill Foods cream cheese, fresh strawberries, avocado, and peach slices, along with a dollop of Once Again Nut Butter sunflower butter. The bagels surpassed my expectations, with their amazing flavor and perfect texture sending my taste buds into a frenzy of delight.

As I savored my breakfast, I contemplated the day ahead. Grocery shopping and errands awaited me, as I prepared for a short work week before jetting off to Orlando on Thursday. The upcoming weeks were filled with travel plans, making it crucial for me to stay grounded amidst the chaos. I knew that maintaining my sense of balance and inner peace would be essential during this hectic time.
