And let me REMIND YOU: you do not have to feel guilty for eating !! It doesn’t matter whether that’s a piece of spinach or a cookie, you do not need to beat yourself up! You have not BROKEN THE LAW. You have simply fulfilled a craving. This is NOT something that should be a source of guilt.⠀


We are all entitled to ENJOY food. I try to get the majority of my food intake from WHOLE foods, but I also enjoy delicious cakes/donuts/cookies/burgers etc when I feel like it! When I decide to eat these foods, I just enjoy and move on with my day. By honouring my cravings, I am able to let go of the obsessive mindset around food. If I don’t let myself have a cookie when I want it, I end up thinking about it for hours afterwards, and eventually end up eating half the packet. When I simply allow myself to have what I want when I want, I just eat and move on.⠀


Try not to allow yourself to feel guilt or shame for ENJOYING your life ❤️
