A meal prep can be as big, or as small as you want 🍱 It may depend on: how busy your week will be, social events, macros etc.
Prepping definitely isn’t for eveyone but it can help you stay on track, have more time to do other things and save money!
Greek yogurt, berries and protein, cauliflower rice, corn and grilled chicken, zucchini noodles turkey lasagna with fresh fruit 🍐🍉 + veggies 🍅🥒🥕
This is 4/5 days of food for two people. Pancakes go in the freezer, lasagna can etc.
