Move over PF Chang’s….these SESAME SRIRACHA wild shrimp lettuce wraps are my new jam…plus the sauce is only FOUR INGREDIENTS. Paired with some baked plantains and dinner is ready in 15 minutes. Made these last night with @marinadelreyfoods wild caught Argentinian Shrimp. I only ever use wild caught shrimp…there aren’t any added hormones and dyes etc. and they are raised in a healthier and more natural environment, making them “cleaner” for our health. They taste better too! @marinadelreyfoods offers scallops too! They are available in Sam’s Club if you have them near you! I’ll be doing a tutorial cooking these babies in my stories later this week. •


Deets: bakes plantains (will be posting on the blog but tossed In coconut oil and salt and baked for about 7 mins per side on 425), butter lettuce cups stuffed with cauliflower rice, cucumber, avocado, red cabbage, carrots, roasted cashews, @marinadelreyfoods shrimp seared then tossed in a sauce of 2 tablespoons sriracha (Or sub hot sauce for whole30), 2 tablespoons coconut aminos, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil and if you want to cut the spice/add sweetness…add 1 teaspoon honey. •
