I touched on Protein Shakes in a post last week, but this is a really great visual by @evolvetrainingsystem showing just how easy it is to tailor a Shake to fit your daily health goals.

Shakes are not needed BUT they can be convenient as:
? You can create a shake to quickly help you reach your daily goals eg. getting extra calories, carbs or fats or proteins if you need them.
? Something to have on the run instead of skipping a meal.
? A meal replacement if you need something nutritious to fit within your calories for one day.

?????You don’t need to add protein ..you can just have a purely fruit veggie homemade shake with seeds, and nuts if you feel like you need some extra nutrients from day to day. Homemade blenders can be as cheap as $20 to buy Amazon!! It’s amazing how refreshed and good you can feel after a homemade green smoothie?☀️
