My first meal of 2018 – curried chickpeas with roasted Brussels sprouts. This was such a simple meal but so good and a perfect bowl to start the January Edition of my whole foods challenge.
I have not set any new year resolutions this year because from past experience they’re a waste of time. I have set a list of goals though that I’m determined to crush! What about you? Did you make resolutions or did you set goals? #veganbysom
