My only secret to ultra-crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, super yummy p…


My only secret to ultra-crispy on the outside, soft in the middle, super yummy potatoes is cooking it twice. What do I mean ?

I simply boil my potatoes first before cooking them in the oven at a high temperature. I usually cook them at 220c ~ 430F until they’re brown and crispy. Unfortunately I don’t know specific times, I just use my ?

Also, I cook without oil and I still get crispy potatoes. Anyone that tells you need oil for crispy potatoes is telling a big lieeeeeeeeeeeeeee ?? *oh yes and use parchment/baking paper, never use foil.
