My thoughts about the popular pics with ‘his & hers’ foods, which suggest that her plate should have almost half of the portions, lower carbs, lower fats and so on for the womens and much more for mens. .
. This , of course, depends on each individual, and sometimes the gendre cannot make a difference between food needs. So yeah, some womens have same caloric intake based on their higher body mass,level of physical activity, age etc as their mens , which is ok! Having an appetite also is ok! .
LADIES, don’ t feel uncomfortable about the amount of food you eat, we are all different , just try to make healthy options, eat accordingly with your body needs and exercise daily for mind mostly and your body will thank you! 😊❤
