No cook day for me today, I was way too hot and way too lazy. We ordered pizza from Ask Italian. This was their Vegan Prima pizza with sautéed mushrooms, roasted peppers and marinated artichokes. I just added some red lettuce, spinach and nutritional yeast to spruce it up a bit.

I tried artichoke for the first time today and it is not for me ?. Besides that, the pizza was delicious ?. I don’t like thick crusts, this was was just perfect. Not too thin and not too thick.
