Not that I need to justify myself or my diet, but despite what it looks like, I don’t eat animal protein everyday. It is more like 2-3 times a week and not at every meal. This strategy is working particularly well for me right now. I can give my body a break from fibre, I can get enough B12 without worrying about supplements and I can get the best of both worlds in terms of protein.
