On Wednesday’s we eat PINK! Ok well it’s kinda red but I always wanted to say that. Hump day BEET pasta bowl! We are getting a snow storm today in Boston so a bowl of pasta is just perffff. Made this new beet sauce recipe (posting below and on ze blog!) Happy Wednesday loves!

Deets: @eatbanza pasta in beet sauce, avocado, arugula, sugar snap peas and sautéed mushrooms. Sauce: one package @lovebeets, 1-2 tablespoons olive oil, 1/4 cup cashew milk, dash of coconut aminos blended until smooth!
