💁♀️One of my favorite treats of all time is a french Fry! Even so much that I include some form of a French Fry in my diet, atleast twice a week!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
❌Unlike traditional versions, I don’t deep fry! But instead i oven bake or air fry. When baking in the oven, I like to spray the fries with some olive oil spray and spices. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Here are 6 of my favorite French fries! 🍟
1. 🍠 Sweet potato: I like to sprinkle mine with some cinnamon, olive oil and sea salt
2. 🥕 Carrot: these are absolutely delicious! Even yummier with some sesame seed sprinkled on top, Cajun spice and sea salt!
3. 🥔 Potato: enough said. Potato fries have gotten a bad rep in the past, but potatoes can be healthy if it’s not deep fried! I like to air fry mine with some onion powder and sea salt.
4. 🥒 Zucchini: I like these extra crispy with zaatar, olive oil and lemon!
5. ⭐️Parsnip: probably my favorite! I like to oven bake them with some rosemary, olive oil and sea salt
6. 🧡Butternut: delicious with some paprika, cinnamon and sea salt! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
