One of the only times you’ll catch me eating mint is in a tabbouleh, other times 😷 I’ve added roasted 🍆 to get more vegetables and more anthocyanins. The leaves are red baby leaf salad and everything else is pretty obvious I guess.
Have I mentioned previously how much I love to learn? Well this last week I got my certificate for completing another CPD programme in nutritional therapy. So I’m happy to announce that I’m also a certified nutritional therapist 💃🏾 I’m not quite ready to take on clients but when I am I’ll be very happy to help those of you struggling to come up with meal plans that address specific needs. Exciting times right? 😊💚
