I hate the term “cheat day!” Give me a ?? if you agree!

Eat what you want in moderation and don’t ever deprive yourself. If you want to eat a donut, go do it. You don’t have to wait for a certain day of the week or month! Oh, and when you do eat something you love, it doesn’t mean you “cheated!” It means you are a normal human being and ate what you wanted.

Weight loss requires you to fuel your body right and have a healthy relationship with food. Labeling your meals or days as “cheat days” or “cheat meal” will make you feel guilty when you do eat those certain foods outside of the “allowed” times.
