Some days I eat one cookie 🍪 and some I eat more 🍪🍪🍪 than I’d like to admit🤷🏻♀️. But I’m human and I know how to get back on track when I overdo it. NO GUILTY FEELINGS. You can’t take back the past! And no one, not even this dietitian 👩🏻🍳 said you can’t have more than one cookie. Balance is key 🔑 when it comes to food, and being kind to yourself is essential to having a positive relationship. I’m a proponent of listening 👂🏼 to your body. If you need more than one cookie, go for it! You better believe I’m having 3 bowls of pasta 🍝 for dinner, and there zero 🚫 guilt because I’M listening to my soul. Happy Wednesday ❤️
