?This is a subject I see coming up again and again, with many people as of recent demonizing almond milk. Almond milk is not the best choice in terms of water use, but it’s still a far cry from dairy in water use, land use, and emissions.

?Overall, soy and oat come in at the least destructive. I haven’t yet been able to source reliable figures for cashew milk, hemp or pea milk. This chart was based off of a study that appeared in Science.
