1. Mashed: steam your potatoes in a double broiler for about 20-25 mins or until you can stick a fork in it. Peel the skin off. Mash the potato until you like it’s consistency. In a separate pan, add garlic, butter, salt and pepper to taste, and your favorite milk. Once it boils, add to mashed potatoes and stir. Enjoy!⠀
2. Pan fried: steam your potatoes in a double broiler for about 20-25 mins or until you can stick a fork in it. Remove from broiler and slice potatoes, not to thick so they can be crispy. Add oil to a pan, and over medium-high heat, add potatoes. Then, add garlic and option to add diced onions. Once golden brown, flip to other side. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!⠀
3. Roasted: steam your potatoes in a double broiler for about 20-25 mins or until you can stick a fork in it. Preheat oven to 400F. Chop potatoes in a triangle wedge shape. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, basil, thyme, parsley, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Spread evenly onto parchment paper covered pan. Broil for 15-20 mins until a nice golden brown color. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Enjoy!⠀
4. Baked: Preheat oven to 400F. Fully cover potato in foil. Place potato into oven for 20-25 mins or until fork tender. Remove from oven. Cut in half and top with your favorite seasonings and toppings! Pictured here includes butter, salt, pepper, paprika, and green onions. Enjoy!⠀
