For you babes that have been following me for some time💃🏼 I’m sure you already know my mindset when it comes to FUN🎉 foods like pizza! But in case you’re new around here, I wanted to give you a reminder👇🏼⠀⠀

I’ve heard so many clients of mine say that foods like pizza are “bad” and cause weight gain just by eating them😩 In fact, one of my clients used to think that when she ate pizza🍕she immediately gained fat around her stomach and felt so gross about herself!! As a result, she made pizza off-limits🙅🏼‍♀️ and tried so hard not to eat it… only to find herself feeling guilty even if she had a bite!😭 In fact… she would allow herself 1 bite and then end up overeating multiple slices because she just lost damn control, which caused major weight gain!⠀

Truth is, no one food is fattening by itself!💁🏼‍♀️ That’s because the average amount of calories you eat daily over weeks and months determines which direction the scale goes in! So… if you want to eat a higher calorie and more FUN🎉 food like pizza while working towards your weight loss goals, YOU CAN!🙌🏼 And, this is exactly what I did for this fit babe client. After changing the way she talks & thinks about food in my coaching program❤️ this babe has lost over 10 pounds and eats pizza whenever she feels like it without sabotaging her weight loss goals!👯‍♀️🎊⠀
