RAMEN…the ultimate comfort food for a chilly fall day. Especially made with a turmeric and ginger infused bone broth. Seriously sooooo flavorful and delicious! Happy Monday all!!! I’m over @suncorefoods today, but I’m dropping in to share this ramen I made a few weeks back…because I could use a bowl today (it’s CHILLY!) I hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Deets: 1 bag @bonafideprovisions bone broth, simmered with 2 teaspoons turmeric, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, 1 cloves garlic minced, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 tablespoon coconut aminos. Summer for about 20 minutes! Then loaded with @lotusfoods noodles, sautéed shiitake mushrooms, sautéed shrimp (sautéed in coconut oil and bone broth), roasted hot peppers, avocado, soft boiled egg, cilantro, scallions and snap peas for some crunch!
