SALSA SHAKSHUKA Skillet Sundayzzzz….Happy Sunday loves!! I’ve been eating Mexican food all weekend and I’m thinking today this needs to happen again! You can find the video in my highlights. Last night I made an amazing gazpacho and I’m currently finishing off the rest for lunch ? Planning on making this skillet for dinner tonight! I hope you’ve all had an amazing weekend!!! Deets: 1 jar of salsa simmered in a small cast iron skillet…crack 2 @vitalfarms eggs over the top once it is bubbling…cover the pan until eggs are cooked through. Topped with avocado, paleo tortilla chips, fresh tomato, vegan cheese, scallions and fresh cilantro. •
