Who doesn’t like snacking while watching a movie or a show, reading an article or a book or even while working ?⠀
💁🏻‍♀️You might know by now that I care about the presentation. I am a huge believer that we eat with the eyes first! Of course sometimes it is way easier to just grab an apple an devour in 2 minutes but I believe we also should take the time for the presentation and prepare it so that we EAT SLOWER! Honestly I often find myself enjoying my snacks even more with this trick and I don’t feel the need to snack ANYTHING ELSE right after and apple. Because I eat slower, my body sends signals to my brain that it is enough.⠀
🙎🏻‍♀️I can hear some of you saying, “meeehhh it takes so much of my time”! But believe me, YOU worth it! You worth having a nice presentation and YOUR BODY worth to be in it’s healthier version of itself! 👉🏻If it helps you snacking less and hitting your calories and macros, it is time to sacrifice just a minute of your time to chop an apple.⠀
