Who doesn’t like snacking while watching a movie or a show, reading an article or a book or even while working ?⠀
??♀️You might know by now that I care about the presentation. I am a huge believer that we eat with the eyes first! Of course sometimes it is way easier to just grab an apple an devour in 2 minutes but I believe we also should take the time for the presentation and prepare it so that we EAT SLOWER! Honestly I often find myself enjoying my snacks even more with this trick and I don’t feel the need to snack ANYTHING ELSE right after and apple. Because I eat slower, my body sends signals to my brain that it is enough.⠀

??♀️I can hear some of you saying, “meeehhh it takes so much of my time”! But believe me, YOU worth it! You worth having a nice presentation and YOUR BODY worth to be in it’s healthier version of itself! ??If it helps you snacking less and hitting your calories and macros, it is time to sacrifice just a minute of your time to chop an apple.⠀
