Smoothie Sunday! Giving into the Fall vibes this morning with this chai butternut smoothie, and I’m not complaining. I actually slept in a bit this morning (well, for me anyway…) when I finally got up I went and did a light tabata workout…just to get moving. Came home and made this delicious bowl. Deets—> about a cup of steamed butternut squash, frozen cauliflower, a scoop of @sportsresearch vanilla bone broth, a scoop of @sportsresearch beef gelatin, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, a chunk of chopped ginger, a couple dashes of nutmeg, almond milk, vanilla extract and @foragerproject cashew milk yogurt. Topped with nectarines, blueberries, @wildwayoflife banana nut granola and @georgiagrinders pecan butter. This combo was KILLER! Happy Sunday loves!
